10″ Ham Slicer – With a long, fine blade the ham slicer boasts that little bit of flexibility that helps you achieve clean and easy slicing of any meat, from a joint of smoked gammon or ham, to a tender roasted turkey during the festive season.

9″ Carving Knife – Designed to tackle all types of joints, roasted poultry, fowl and even a hog roast. The larger blade means less sawing and less scoring on your topside joint as you slice it. It has a razor-sharp point, making it ideal for both boned and boneless joints.

6″ Boning Knife – Boning a joint of meat is easier than you think, especially with the right tool. This knife makes boning meat a hassle-free and rewarding process, with a short, curved blade that makes working around a bone very easy.

Handheld Sharpener – With ceramic discs set to 18°, this handy tool makes it easy to maintain the razor-sharp edge that Flint & Flame knives are renowned for.
