Delivery and Purchase Terms & Conditions
Flint and Flame stands behind their products with our no quibble warranty. We want every Flint and Flame customer to be a satisfied customer FOREVER.
If at any time you are not completely satisfied with your Flint and Flame product, Flint and Flame will correct the problem or replace the product.
15-day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee
If at any time within fifteen (15) days after receipt of your Flint and Flame products you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may get a full refund of your purchase price.
This right of cancellation shall not apply to business or corporate purchasers who must have a lawful reason for cancellation.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. If you are a business or corporate purchaser and have lawfully cancelled your order but have not paid by credit card you will be refunded by BACS as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
Proof of Age
All new customers wishing to order knives from our website or by telephone will be asked to provide proof that they are over 18 years of age.
Hazard warranty For Misuse Or Abuse
Should you damage your Flint and Flame products through misuse or abuse, we will replace the item for half of the current retail price under our hazard warranty.
We will process your orders within 2 working days (stock allowing), excluding weekends and bank holidays. We use interlink for UK deliveries and aim to deliver the next working day, however delivery can take 3-5 days during busy periods. In most instances you will be required to pay extra for delivery. We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.
Our delivery charges to mainland UK addresses are calculated during the checkout process. Delivery for non-mainland UK addresses (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands) will be calculated on an individual basis, and will need to be confirmed after the order is placed.
Every effort will be made to ensure your delivery is made to you on time and in perfect condition. However, we cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed due to the parcel service.
Orders to Non-UK Countries
Delivery prices for shipments abroad will be calculated on an individual basis.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
We endeavor to deal with complaints immediately upon receipt. All complaints will be dealt with within 72 hours.
Any offers we make are designed to be used independently and are not available in conjunction with any other offer.
For bespoke and etched services for personal, business or corporate.
All necessary artwork must be received by us at least 20 days before the intended delivery date of the products. You will be required to pay for any etching and associated costs at the rates quoted for each product on our website.
We have your permission to use your artwork and logos for the purposes of printing and etching to fulfill the order.
The design and layout of the artwork must be approved by an authorised person within your business prior to any printing being carried out.
Where bespoke artwork has been requested and approved and the order is subsequently cancelled by the business or corporate purchaser, a payment of 100% of the invoice value of the products must be paid to us.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
We have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered. If this is the case, we will contact you to advise of an availability date or to offer you a substitute product.
One or more of the products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or any other reason.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. If you are a business or corporate purchaser but have not paid by credit card you will be refunded by BACS as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
The Wellness Tree and its Brands take special care to protect the safety and privacy of children. Our web sites are general audience sites. We do not sell knives to anyone under 18 years of age.
Children under the age of 18 years should always ask their parents or guardians for permission before providing any personal information to anyone online. We urge parents and guardians to participate in their children’s online activities and use parental control or other web filtering technology to supervise children’s access to the web.
Any contract between us will be deemed to be concluded in England and therefore will be governed by English Law to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
This warranty applies to all Flint and Flame knives only when purchased from a Flint and Flame representative, approved supplier or retailer.
